At Captain, we're thrilled to unveil our latest innovation that seamlessly transforms audio testimonials into comprehensive Case Study campaigns. This new feature is designed to enhance your marketing efforts and deepen the impact of customer success stories on potential clients.

A Seamless Transition from Audio Testimonials to Robust Case Studies

Imagine converting the heartfelt feedback of a satisfied customer into a dynamic marketing campaign without lifting a finger. That's now possible with Captain's new campaign type—Case Studies. By simply collecting audio testimonials, our platform automatically transcribes these insights and crafts them into various formats: detailed long-form articles, engaging social content, informative infographics, and captivating newsletters.

"Case studies are incredibly effective as sales material," says McBeath, highlighting the value of real customer experiences in shaping prospective buyers' decisions. Our new feature ensures that these stories are not only heard but are also visually compelling and easy to share.

Designed to Support Both Marketing and Sales Efforts

Automated Case Studies aligns perfectly with Captain's commitment to providing innovative, dynamic solutions that are both user-friendly and results-oriented. "We're really excited about supporting both marketing and sales with these case studies," McBeath adds. The ease of creating and distributing compelling case studies positions Captain as an indispensable partner in your content marketing strategy.

CEO, Captain

"I'm really excited to announce that we've launched the campaign type case studies. As we know, case studies are incredibly effective as sales material and messaging when selling a product or a service. Having customer testimonials and detailed case studies is a crucial reference point for any prospect deciding whether or not to purchase your product. It's also a very positive signal for existing customers when we share successful case studies from other customers. Once again, Captain leverages the simplicity and ease of collecting testimonials with audio recordings. This allows customers to easily click a button, talk about their experience, and share the positive results and feedback on the product. Captain then automatically transcribes this and converts the testimonial into a case study campaign. This includes a nicely written long-form case study for the web, social content, as well as an infographic or a nice one-pager to share with others in a newsletter, along with other features like converting it into a podcast, and so on. So, yeah, I'm really excited about supporting both marketing and sales with these case studies."
